Fully Remote Sales Support & Customer Automation VA – Help Us Deliver a 5-Star Client Experience

We’re looking for a sharp, reliable virtual assistant to support our founder on the sales side. We recently had a VA who was perfect in every other way—brilliant, intuitive, helping us organize our thoughts, built nice power point slides, and picked up on our sales and marketing strategies within a day—but she was unreliable and inconsistent. That’s the one thing we can’t compromise on.

What you’ll help with:
· Sales support & internal organization: Help manage weekly reports, work with the technology side to create precise handoffs, make things presentation-ready.
· Proposal creation: Take our input and turn it into clean, professional, visually appealing proposals
· Customer experience: Verify sales appointments, follow up with no-shows, and help us deliver a five-star experience from the very first meeting
· Cross-team coordination: Work with our technology side to clarify handoff requirements and help shape our sales conversations based on what they need from us
· Presentation materials: Help create documents and assets that make our client presentations more effective and polished

This role is primarily supporting the founder on the internal sales process, simple presentation slides, rebooking no-shows, and setting up simple customer automation. It’s not about social media or graphic design at all—it’s about internal organization, improving and inventing as we grow, and creating a 5-Star experience for our clients.
