This position reports to a VP of Sales who reports to the President of Training and Critical Accounts. This is an individual contributor role at a Senior Manager level.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Responsibilities:</u></b></p><ul><li>Responsible for growth and revenue quality across multiple business units which are planned for close to $1B in annual revenue.</li><li>Leads cross functional business teams, including Legal, Customer Solutions, IT, Marketing and Revenue Management with focus on risk aversion and new revenue quality.</li><li>Articulates business opportunities, progression, and results to UPS President level within sales and with VPs</li><li>Maintains contract compliance, which includes volume, revenue, data compliance and package mix to meet Total Shareowner Return (TSR) objectives.</li><li>Contributes to weekly profit plan presentations for ELT (Monday mornings).</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Minimum Qualifications:</u></b></p><ul><li>Ten (10) or more years of Supply Chain and Sales experience</li><li>Salesperson must be able to exceptionally manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines that can impact UPS earnings in the hundreds of millions of dollars.</li><li>Must have or build an extensive knowledge of Inbound and Outbound Supply Chain as well as International</li><li>Willing and able to travel at least 2X / month</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Preferred</u>: </b></p><ul><li>Proficiency with contract language interpretation, legal limits and anti-trust</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Experienced in solving problems and able to demonstrate a creative mindset</li><li><div>Remote position; Seattle or Nashville preferred</div></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Employee Type:</b></p>Permanent<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Other Criteria: </b></p><p style="text-align:left">UPS is an equal opportunity employer.
