Order Management Consultants

Order Management Consultant Our client, a rapidly growing technology company, is seeking an experienced Order Management Consultant to support its expanding revenue operations. This role offers the opportunity to work 100% remote or on a hybrid schedule from their office in San Francisco, CA. This engagement has an expected duration of 3 months. Responsibilities: • Drive key components of order management and billing operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness • Resolve complex billing scenarios such as contract changes, usage disputes, and non-standard pricing • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product launches and advise on billing and order management impacts • Support monthly close activities, including contract review, usage validation, invoice review, journal entries, and reporting • Develop and track operational performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making • Collaborate with revenue accounting, AR/collections, legal, tax, GTM teams, engineering, and finance systems to support the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability • Work with vendors to optimize billing systems, assess new features, and drive implementation of new tools • Maintain strong internal controls, support audit requests, and document processes and procedures Requirements: • Experience working in high-growth or large-scale technology environments • Salesforce expertise • Strong data analysis skills (SQL a plus) • Hands-on experience with process improvement and automation • 10+ years of progressive experience in Billing or Order Management Compensation: Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors, including but not limited to: • The individual's skill sets, experience, and training; • Licensure and certifications; • Office location and other geographic considerations; • Other business and organizational needs.
