Head of User Acquisition

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of User Acquisition in Brazil. This role is ideal for an experienced growth leader who thrives in high-scale, multi-channel digital marketing environments. The Head of User Acquisition will own end-to-end web growth strategies, managing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other major ad networks. You will drive results through data-driven decision-making, compliance oversight, creative optimization, and rigorous A/B testing. This role requires operational discipline, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to scale user acquisition globally. You will lead a team of UA specialists, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and implement automated solutions to maximize ROI. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence growth outcomes while maintaining high standards of compliance, performance, and innovation.
Responsibilities
• Manage multi-channel acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, X, Reddit, Quora, Pinterest, Taboola, Outbrain, AppLovin, and other networks
• Oversee compliance frameworks across funnels, landing pages, and ad creatives, ensuring consistent adherence to standards
• Coordinate with creative production teams to optimize ad assets for conversion and compliance
• Design, execute, and analyze continuous A/B tests to identify winning strategies and enforce adoption across campaigns
• Implement and manage ad automation tools to scale campaigns efficiently
• Maintain comprehensive performance analytics, reporting insights daily, weekly, and monthly to stakeholders
• Establish and enforce business operations, including monitoring, reporting loops, and cross-team alignment
• Expand and scale campaigns to new markets, taking full ownership of strategy and execution
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate UA specialists while driving accountability and alignment across teams
Requirements
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition and scaling web products in multi-channel environments
• Mastery of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads with deep technical knowledge of platforms
• Proven experience with ad networks such as Taboola, Outbrain, AppLovin, and others
• Strong background in compliance-driven funnel design and ad creative frameworks
• Expertise in creative production processes, A/B testing, marketing analytics, and ad automation tools
• Exceptional operational discipline, attention to detail, and accountability mindset
• Proven ability to establish and manage structured business processes
• Fluent in English and comfortable working remotely within CET-aligned hours
