This analysis will form the foundation for strategic decision-making and operational enhancements. • Develop, maintain, and optimize robust reports and dashboards using advanced analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, and Power BI. These tools will be essential for visualizing data, tracking key performance indicators, and communicating findings effectively. • Proactively identify significant trends, anomalies, and cost drivers within the healthcare data. Your ability to spot patterns and deviations will be crucial for uncovering opportunities and mitigating risks. • Conduct thorough root-cause analysis to understand the underlying factors contributing to identified trends or issues. This deep dive will enable the development of targeted solutions and interventions. • Provide critical support for key medical economics initiatives, including Medical Loss Ratio (MLR) calculations, Quality Assessment Index (QAI) analysis, Return on Investment (ROI) evaluations, and pricing strategy development.
