Weekly Expert Outreach & Training Coordinator (US-based experts, Franchise Network)
We are a fast-growing franchise brand in the United States and are building a structured weekly training program for our franchise owners.
We already have a training roadmap with ~40 business and operational topics. Your role is to proactively source US-based experts and companies to lead weekly virtual training sessions for our franchise owners.
This is not a passive coordination role. We are looking for someone who can research, outreach, pitch, and secure experts by clearly communicating the value exchange:
- Experts deliver a free 45-minute virtual session
- In return, they gain direct exposure and potential business opportunities with our franchise owners and groomers
Responsibilities
- Review our training roadmap and suggest improvements if needed
- Research and identify relevant US-based experts and companies (consulting firms, financial advisors, marketing agencies, HR specialists, SaaS providers, etc.)
- Proactively reach out via LinkedIn, email, or other channels
- Secure one expert per week
- Schedule and manage weekly Zoom sessions
- Prepare interview-style questions in collaboration with corporate
- Create Zoom meetings, send invitations, and record each session
- Organize recorded content for later use
Session Format
- 100% virtual (Zoom)
- One session per week
- Max duration: 45 minutes
- Interview-style format
Compensation
- Paid per weekly session
- $80–$120 per session
- Ongoing work from February through October
- Monthly budget up to $500
