Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customs Trade Coordinator to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customs Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing impeccable customer service, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of import-related documentation, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Retrieve and verify the accuracy of shipment information from databases, SOPs, duty books, and other sources to ensure customs clearance
- Process and prepare import-related documentation for submission to US Customs and other participating government agencies (PGAs)
- Maintain and update shipment documentation in compliance with all record-keeping requirements
- Comply with all international importing and exporting regulations, ensuring that arenaflex's operations are aligned with relevant laws and standards
- Collaborate with internal staff, departments, and other arenaflex operations to deliver a high level of service to clients
- Process organization financier shipments and handle remote filings as required

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school certificate or GED required
- No industry experience is required, but a minimum of six months of work experience is preferred
- Data entry/console experience is required, with proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and other office equipment (phone, fax, scanner, printer, copier)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of work and time-sensitive tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and cooperate with clients, carriers, brokers, government agencies, internal staff, and management of all levels
Preferred Qualifications
