Key Responsibilities
- Accept inbound calls and respond to questions regarding medication coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions
- Provide heart-driven support to plan members, offering solutions and alternatives to improve their healthcare experience
- Utilize your knowledge and skills to educate plan members about their coverage and options, empowering them to make informed decisions about their healthcare
- Work collaboratively with the Client Care team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance requirements, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience engaging with clients in a customer-facing environment, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality. You should be proficient in Windows-based applications and have excellent computer skills.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- PC capability in Windows-based applications
