About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Dynamics CRM Customer Engineer to join our professional services team, where you'll play a key role in delivering strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics to our clients. As a trusted advisor to enterprise-level customers and their partners, you'll design, develop, deploy, and optimize Dynamics CRM implementations, migrating and modernizing them to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online (D365 CE). Your expertise in performance tuning, customization, troubleshooting, and code review will be essential in driving success for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders at assigned customers, developing and executing service delivery plans that leverage repeatable services to educate customers and ensure best practice execution and success.
  • Collaborate with team members to contribute to their success in supporting their customers, while leveraging their expertise to support your own customers.
  • Deliver technical training and assist in enhancing the quality of training materials by providing feedback on needed improvements to existing training and new training content to be developed.
  • Engage in transactional requests to troubleshoot customer issues, provide education, and mitigate technical blockers.

Essential Qualifications

  • General fluency in English, with effective communication skills to identify, engage, and interact with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in delivering technical training and experience in consulting and customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Deep technical acumen combined with a curiosity to continue learning, and excitement for modern engineering tools and practices.
  • Dynamics CRM Enterprise-level support and administration experience, including CRM infrastructure installation and configuration, CRM deployment configuration, CRM customization and configuration, CRM integration, and CRM performance and tuning optimization.
  • Dynamics CRM Cloud Migration knowledge, including experience with CRM 2015+ build versions and upgrade experience.
  • Architectural experience for Dynamics CRM on-premises and a strong understanding of business application performance tuning, including SQL, IIS, Networking, and client-side troubleshooting.
  • Environment health assessment experience and data recovery planning expertise.
  • Up-to-date product knowledge in Dynamics 365 for Sales and familiarity with other modules, including Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Field Service, and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
  • Administration, customization, and integration experience, as well as application lifecycle management experience.

Desired Qualifications

  • Fluency in French and/or Spanish.
  • Experience authoring technical training for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online and Power Platform.
  • Power Platform governance and center of excellence experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft certifications.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and data experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $91,457 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
