**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll be responsible for:
* Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Providing product information, order status updates, and website guidance
* Using various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to customer queries
* Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support

**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* Minimum age: 18 years old
* Right to work in India
* Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
* Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours
* Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
* Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
* Minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
