**Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, potential clients, and companies we represent through phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Supporting teammates with follow-up for clients and prospects, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of inquiries
* Researching and resolving coverage questions, providing accurate and timely information to clients and stakeholders
* Responding promptly to client needs, either through phone or electronic communication, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files, processing routine correspondence between our agency and clients or companies, both paper records and digital files
