We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a tobacco-free workplace. **Job Summary** As a Registered Nurse on our government intelligence customer support team, you will provide a range of healthcare services, including triage, medical emergencies, and preventative care. You will work closely with our customers to identify and address health risks, provide personalized health counseling, and deliver high-quality care that meets their unique needs. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a Top Secret with SCI polygraph clearance. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide initial care and treatment for on-the-job injuries and illnesses * Respond quickly and calmly to medical emergencies, including the use of portable automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and intravenous fluid resuscitation * Perform medical surveillance activities, including health risk assessments and education * Provide walk-in care and deliver preventative care, including immunizations, blood pressure checks, and glucose monitoring * Perform waived testing (point of care) laboratory procedures and responsive activities * Administer short-term treatments prescribed by a personal physician, such as periodic bed rest, blood pressure monitoring, and allergy immunotherapy * Provide comprehensive health risk assessments, education, and counseling * Deliver health risk reduction seminars (if directed) focused on core health risks * Perform other duties as assigned **Requirements** * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school in the National League for Nursing * Registered Nurse licensure with CPR/AED certification * 1+ year experience in occupational health or related experience, such as public health/community health, outpatient clinic, emergency department, or ambulatory healthcare * Experience responding to triage medical conditions and medical emergencies * Strong clinical abilities and enthusiasm for a collaborative approach to treatment * Excellent communication and organization skills, detail-oriented, and ability to perform identified nursing services * Competent in basic Microsoft Office suite programs to develop adequate site activity reports and perform accurate and legible data collection activities **Preferred Qualifications** * Top Secret with SCI polygraph clearance (or willingness to obtain clearance) * Experience working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Familiarity with healthcare software and systems **Work Environment and Culture** * Full-time, remote position * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Opportunity to work with a diverse team of healthcare professionals * Flexible scheduling and work-life balance * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, and voluntary benefits * Short-term incentives and bonuses * Professional development opportunities and continuing education support **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary range: $58,440 - $93,500 (based on current national data) * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, and voluntary benefits * Short-term incentives and bonuses * Professional development opportunities and continuing education support **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse with a passion for occupational health, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
