(Senior) Cyber Defense Advisor (m/w/d)
As a Cyber Defense Advisor, you will accompany our customers throughout the entire lifecycle of our Managed Detection & Response Services, acting as the central point of contact, coordinating collaboration between the customer and internal departments, and ensuring continuous optimization and stable operation of the services.
Requirements
• At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service for technical services
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Solid foundation in all macro areas of IT
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and trade fairs
• Analytical, structured, and independent thinking and working with a high degree of coordination and organization
• Very high customer and service orientation as well as the ability to take responsibility for customer relationships
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action with a focus on continuous service improvement
• Knowledge in one or more of the following product segments: SIEM, XDR, NDR, SOAR
