We are producing a series of high-precision eLearning modules for DOE/DOD environments and are hiring a senior Articulate Rise + Synthesia production specialist to build one large module from a complete, detailed blueprint. This is not instructional design. All curriculum, interaction logic, and visual direction are already defined. Your role is accurate, efficient production execution. ________________________________________ About This Module Module: EVMS Monthly Analysis and Reporting Size: ~100–120 PPT Slides with Scripts Includes: Multiple Synthesia scenes, knowledge checks, interactions, and SCORM packaging Content covers technical federal topics including EVMS, governance, and project controls for DOE national laboratories and DOD contractor audiences. You will receive a full Developer Input Package: •Complete storyboard with Rise block mapping • Scripts for all Synthesia scenes • All visual and media assets • Production standards and acceptance criteria There is no guesswork or design interpretation required. ________________________________________ What You’ll Do • Assemble Rise lessons exactly as mapped in the storyboard • Build Synthesia scenes and perform AI narration quality review • Implement interactions and knowledge checks as specified • Deliver a SCORM 1.2 package that launches and tracks correctly • Transfer all editable source files (Rise transfer + Synthesia exports) ________________________________________ What Makes This Different From Typical eLearning Work Most projects give a brief and expect interpretation. Timeline & Milestones This module follows a structured, milestone-based workflow to keep production predictable: • Initial Technical Baseline sample (first ~10%) • Alpha build • Beta revisions (two structured cycles) • Final SCORM & source transfer Reviews occur within 48–72 business hours, so you’re never blocked waiting on feedback. Important: Native English Speaker Required This role includes quality assurance of AI-generated narration for highly technical federal content.
