Event Marketing & Sales Manager – Luxury Party Boats
Overview
We operate a fleet of luxury party boats hosting weddings, casino nights, birthday celebrations, and corporate events. We create high-end, unforgettable experiences on the water.
We are looking for a driven Marketing & Business Development Manager who can generate leads, build partnerships, and close deals.
If you are comfortable with outbound sales, digital marketing, and high-value negotiations — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, and event channels
• Drive outside B2B sales by building partnerships with event planners, corporate clients, hospitality groups, and luxury brands
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, negotiations, closing, and onboarding
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive repeat bookings
• Track leads and manage pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
• Analyze performance metrics, cost per lead, and ROI to improve campaigns
• Collaborate with leadership on promotional strategies that showcase our luxury fleet
• Identify new market opportunities and create custom proposals
• Deliver exceptional client experience from first inquiry to post-event follow-up
Required Experience & Skills
• Proven background in outside sales, B2B sales, or luxury event sales
• Demonstrated success closing high-value deals
• Strong digital marketing knowledge (Google Ads, Meta Ads, social campaigns)
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Confident negotiator with strong follow-up discipline
• Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategy
• Professional communication and client management skills
Compensation
• Base salary (depending on experience).

Pay: $49,902.11 - $60,097.16 per year
