As a Hellomonday Coach, You Will • Coach leaders one‑on‑one to strengthen self‑awareness, influence, and performance. • Guide leaders to set meaningful goals and sustain accountability for change. • Use reflective questioning and practical frameworks to help leaders turn insight into action. • Tailor your approach to each leader’s context, stage, and organisational priorities. • Contribute to a collaborative coaching community focused on continuous improvement and impact. Are you the coach we’re looking for? We’re seeking exceptional leadership coaches who bring both expertise and empathy. You’ll need: • A recognised coaching qualification (e.g. Diploma of Leadership Coaching) and accreditation (e.g. ICF) • 500+ coaching hours under your belt • 3+ years’ experience coaching leaders at emerging or established levels • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams or business functions • Confidence using digital coaching platforms to engage participants effectively • A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please click Apply Now to submit your EOI.
