Full-Stack Developer (Python+ React)

Key things we’re looking for: • Ability to take project requirements, align with the stakeholders, create deliverables and deliver them end to end. • Experience working with LLMs • Nice to haves: Multimodal agents, computer use / browser agents, RAG, fine tuning. • Deep experience in web scraping & anti-bot evasion (Selenium, Puppeteer, Playwright, stealth tactics). • We’re looking for anEngineer who can build large-scale, resilient scraping and data infrastructure—think OpenAI/Anthropic-style crawling, not just scraping a single site. Most people we talk to have experience scraping one site and dodging basic bot detection, but we need someone who can operate at internet scale, handling captcha evasion, browser fingerprinting, and dynamic content across thousands of sites. • Nice to haves: Experience building generalized solution for scraping or archiving various sites. • Captcha-solving expertise (ML-based solvers, behavioral mimicry, API workarounds). • Proxy & identity rotation at scale (residential, mobile, session-based, etc.). • Building distributed scraping pipelines that can handle billions of requests. • Adapting to DOM changes & WebSockets dynamically. A lot of candidates say “we use proxies,” but we need people who actually understand the game—TLS fingerprinting, shadowbans, how bot defenses evolve, and how to stay ahead. • 3-6 years of experience • Our tech stack includes, but not limited to: React/NextJS, Python, Redis, pgsql, neo4j • Solid experience with RESTful APIs and web services • Familiarity with database systems • Understanding of cloud platforms • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset In addition to a market competitive compensation, we have a reward philosophy that expand beyond this. • Fully remote with office optional.
