Role: AI / ML Leader (Automation & Agentic AI) Experience: 12+ years Location: USA (Remote / Anywhere in the US) Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced AI / ML Engineer with a strong data engineering and applied AI background to lead automation initiatives across code generation and test automation. This role will work closely with core engineering teams to design, build, and scale AI-driven and agentic automation solutions that improve developer productivity and software quality. Key Responsibilities • Lead and drive AI-powered automation initiatives for code generation, refactoring, and test automation • Design and implement Agentic AI systems using modern LLM frameworks and orchestration tools • Collaborate with engineering teams to embed AI/ML solutions into existing development and CI/CD workflows • Build, train, fine-tune, and evaluate ML and LLM models using structured and unstructured data • Apply advanced data engineering and MLOps practices to ensure scalable and reliable AI solutions • Stay current with the latest AI/ML, LLM, and Agentic AI advancements and translate them into practical implementations • Define best practices, architectures, and governance for AI-driven automation Required Qualifications • 12+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong data-centric background • Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and LLM-based systems • Hands-on experience with code generation, test automation, or developer productivity tools • Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts, multi-agent systems, and AI orchestration • Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) • Experience working with large datasets, data pipelines, and feature engineering • Solid knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring in production environments • Ability to work cross-functionally with senior engineering stakeholders • Background in software engineering, DevOps, or CI/CD automation • Experience implementing AI governance, security, and compliance best practices Job Type: Contract Pay: From $75.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance Experience: • AI/ML: 10 years (Required) • Hands-on LLM & Agentic AI: 5 years (Preferred) • Code/test automation with AI: 8 years (Preferred) • Production MLOps: 6 years (Preferred) • Strong Python + PyTorch/TensorFlow: 7 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
