As Treasury Manager, you will lead the strategic design and execution of financial operations, ensuring liquidity, risk management, and capital efficiency across multiple markets. You will architect advanced treasury solutions, bridging traditional banking with digital assets, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. This role requires both technical expertise in derivatives, FX, and digital assets, as well as strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. You will influence product development, implement robust governance frameworks, and optimize cash flow processes. Your work will enable scalable, secure, and innovative financial solutions that directly impact business growth and resilience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and elite banking partners will be central, alongside the implementation of modern treasury technologies and data-driven processes. Accountabilities: • Design and implement strategic treasury solutions, providing guidance on funding structures, risk mitigation, and derivative use. • Build and maintain the company’s Direct Cash Flow position, enabling accurate daily liquidity management and long-term forecasting. • Execute FX, Crypto, and Stablecoin derivatives strategies to hedge balance sheet exposures and preserve asset value. • Establish and enforce internal policies for Investments, Hedging, and Treasury Capital Usage to ensure financial governance. • Manage banking relationships, negotiating structures and innovations that support global money flows. • Lead treasury intelligence initiatives, providing actionable insights on funding costs, investment returns, and risk management performance. • Apply data analytics and automation (Python, SQL, dashboards) to streamline treasury operations and improve forecasting accuracy. • Align treasury strategy with product and business goals, navigating complex stakeholder environments effectively.Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative fields. • 10+ years of experience in strategic treasury, with a focus on liquidity management and long-term financial planning. • Deep expertise in derivative instruments (Swaps, NDFs, Options) and financial risk management frameworks. • Proven experience managing Crypto assets and Stablecoins, including custody, wallet management, and blockchain settlement. • Strong knowledge of hedge accounting (IFRS/USGAAP), segregation of duties, and treasury governance. • Experience in global cash pooling, banking relationship management, and high-end TMS/ERP systems. • CFA designation or candidacy is highly preferred. • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish. • Exceptional analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate autonomously in high-stakes environments.Benefits: • Remote-first work environment across LATAM. • Unlimited paid time off through the Me Time program. • Employee Stock Option program with long-term value potential. • Premium health, dental, and life insurance coverage in Mexico and other supported regions. • Extended family leave policy: 4 months for all birthing, non-birthing, and adopting parents. • Monthly stipend for wellness, sports, education, and personal development activities. • Opportunity to work on innovative financial solutions in a leading digital asset ecosystem. • High-impact role with direct influence on global treasury strategy and product development.
