About the Role

We're excited to offer a unique opportunity for transitioning military personnel to join our team as a Customer Success Associate Intern through the SkillBridge program. As a Customer Success Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers achieve extraordinary business results. You'll work closely with our customer-facing account teams to deliver incredible customer and business impact, supporting them to optimize the entire renewal journey. Your mission will be to maintain a high utilization score, achieve healthy billings attainment, and drive strong customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with our customer-facing account teams to deliver exceptional customer and business impact
  • Surface and present actionable insights to support Book of Business management and planning
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and systems to ensure timely renewals, account health data capture, and compliance with customer security requirements
  • Assist with customer-facing events, such as webinars, user groups, product demos, and XM Days
  • Research and summarize key materials to answer client questions, manage client escalations, and track feature requests
  • Own preparation for and participate in client meetings, gathering inputs, compiling data, building presentation decks, and organizing agendas

How You'll Find Success

You'll know you're doing a great job in this role when you:

  • Maintain a high utilization score, healthy billings attainment, and strong customer satisfaction
  • Provide critical, value-added deliverables to our XM Success team and customers
  • Help retain and expand client subscriptions, driving the renewal process forward
  • Drive process improvements, becoming a subject matter expert in a key process and working to improve it

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or completion of a Bachelor's degree by your military exit date
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to be proactive
  • Collaboration skills and a desire to improve processes and work through ambiguity
  • Interest in the technology industry and experience in SaaS, strategy, consulting, customer service, operations, technology, sales, customer success, or an equivalent field (beneficial but not required)

While not essential, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
