  • Receive requests for technical assistance from customers and open requests in the company's ticketing system for the Help Desk technicians to review
  • Review each open ticket to determine the outcome from the help desk and ensure that customers receive timely updates and exceptional customer service
  • Email responses to customers to provide updates and ensure that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Work closely with the Help Desk team to ensure that all customer requests are handled promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and requests
