About the Role: Healthcare Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals via phone, email, chat, and social media. Your goal will be to resolve inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, empathetic, and solution-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with patients, families, and healthcare professionals via multiple channels to resolve their questions, concerns, and issues
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, providing empathetic and personalized support
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring seamless transitions and effective issue resolution
  • Respond to requests for assistance, provide information, and process payments as required
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Provide feedback on call issues, contributing to continuous improvement and quality enhancement
  • Upsell or cross-sell services as required, promoting arenaflex's products and solutions to meet patient needs

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex conversations and provide clear, concise information
  • Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute, with proficiency in Windows operating systems and desktop computer applications
  • Comfort with technology, including chat, email, and social media platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare customer service role, with a strong understanding of healthcare operations, policies, and procedures
