**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead (B2B/B2C), Customer Engagement to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive utilization and growth of arenaflex services. This is a pivotal role that requires a mix of B2B and B2C marketing agility, and you will be the key marketing influencer responsible for presenting, developing, and facilitating growth marketing strategies to our health plan, hospital systems, and/or large employers. **About arenaflex:** arenaflex is a leading provider of innovative healthcare solutions, and we are committed to improving health and increasing vitality for millions of people. Our team is passionate about driving growth and improving lives, and we are looking for a talented Marketing Lead (B2B/B2C), Customer Engagement to join our team. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Marketing Lead (B2B/B2C), Customer Engagement, you will be responsible for: * Developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive utilization and growth of arenaflex services * Building and presenting go-to-market plans to our health plan, hospital systems, and/or large employers * Creating client communication campaigns that adapt to client needs while forming an impactful and scalable plan * Monitoring and analyzing the impact of incentives to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns * Developing strategic business plans designed to drive utilization within the client's culture while maintaining arenaflex's brand initiatives * Partnering with account managers to track and analyze the impact of marketing plans * Driving client member engagement and tracking progress of clients' activation and utilization * Serving as a marketing subject matter expert during sales lead and new client integration process, and providing phone support for client calls * Conducting trainings for client benefit managers, HR representatives, and employees * Reference reporting platforms to track the success of campaigns and to adjust strategies if needed to ensure the highest level of campaign effectiveness * Working closely with account managers to schedule calls and take action to improve performance * Attending health fairs, trade shows, and corporate events to educate participants and reinforce engagement * Interacting with clients on calls and assisting account managers with client calls * Serving as the liaison to the clients for presentations and trainings to introduce and reinforce the services and advantages of arenaflex * Serving as the brand ambassador to reinforce brand guidelines of arenaflex for materials, presentations, and practices of the company both internally and externally * Responsible for discovering the root cause and solutions, when issues arise, and maintaining a calm and methodical approach to resolving the issue * Ready to reach out to clients to set appointments and develop strategies for engagement **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or better in marketing, health services, business, or related field * 8+ years of B2B and B2C marketing expertise, account management, and/or other relevant experience * Independent self-starter and ability to work within a fast-paced team environment * Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level * Experience delivering marketing campaigns and client-focused solutions based on customer needs * Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail * Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills * Accountable, proactive, and thoughtful with high attention to detail, follow-through, and strategic problem-solving skills * Strong public speaking and presentation skills and ability to generate strong external relationships * Ability to partner with and earn respect of both sales and account managers * Demonstrated experience with integrated print, email, social media, and digital marketing **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with public speaking to large groups comfortably * Ability to travel up to 30% * Strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel * Excellent skills in verbal communication and written communication * Demonstrated ability to present to clients and meet deadlines **Work Environment:** * This is a remote position, and you will be required to have a reliable internet connection with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. * You will be working independently, but will have regular check-ins with the team and will be expected to collaborate with colleagues as needed. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and experienced marketing professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, through our website.
