Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular data validation checks to identify inaccuracies or discrepancies in lead information, preparing reports detailing missing or incomplete data and communicating these findings to the sales team.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to address missing data and ensure that leads are properly qualified, providing necessary updates and follow-up to ensure data is being corrected or qualified based on the information provided.
• Proactively suggest improvements to current data handling practices to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of data management, working within guidelines and tools to streamline data quality processes and reduce operational costs.
• Follow established guidelines and workflows to ensure consistency in data entry and reporting, documenting and reporting any challenges or deviations from standard processes to leadership for further action.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience in data entry, or a related field, with a strong understanding of data quality principles and practices.
• Strong proficiency with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and experience working with Salesforce, or similar CRM systems.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills, able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow specific instructions and adhere to guidelines provided by internal tools and processes, with a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
