Job Overview

In this role, you will work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service support and resolve routine problems and questions related to our clients' products and services. As a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, and your excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide to ensure efficient and effective issue resolution
  • Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products in a timely and professional manner
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to maintain accurate records and facilitate continuous improvement
  • Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, escalating to senior team members when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and processes, ensuring that your knowledge and skills are current and relevant
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your technical and customer service skills, contributing to your personal and professional growth

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
