Job Overview
As a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our investigative research and background check operations. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry, data analysis, identification of incomplete or inaccurate data, source follow-up, and development of orders. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, accuracy, and speed are essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and speed, meeting productivity and efficiency standards
- Analyze data to identify incomplete or inaccurate information and follow up with sources as necessary
- Develop and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients
- Conduct research to support investigative operations, using various databases and resources
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives, demonstrating a positive and supportive attitude
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Fast and accurate typing skills, with a minimum of 50 words per minute
- Trustworthy character and professional behavior, with a strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to clear a background check, as required by arenaflex
Preferred Qualifications:
While not essential, the following qualifications and experiences are considered a plus for this position:
- Legal office experience or knowledge of dockets, criminal cases, court research, and/or the court system
- Data entry experience with accuracy and speed, productivity/efficiency measurements, or high-pressure/stress environments with deadlines
- Familiarity with FCRA and/or hiring regulations related to employment screening or background checks
- Office administration and/or executive assistant experience, with skills in order entry, processing, or development
- Research experience, with the ability to analyze and interpret data, and draw meaningful conclusions
