**Your Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

**Requirements for Success**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* **Minimum High School Diploma or GED**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but a college degree is a plus.
* **Customer-Facing Experience**: 0-3 years of prior experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service.
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal, written, and listening skills, with a love for talking to people and a knack for WOWing customers on every call.
* **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail and a relentless drive to own customers' problems and resolve them.
* **Adaptability and Multi-Tasking**: Ability to adapt to change, work well in a fast-paced environment, and multi-task using technology.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, a college degree and 0-1 years of work experience in an office, call center, or customer contact center environment would be a great asset. Prior experience in a work-from-home position is also a plus.
**Working Conditions and Physical Requirements**
As a remote worker, you'll need:
* **Reliable Internet Connection**: A minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps on the download side and 3 Mbps on the upload side to ensure seamless communication.
