**Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving product and service issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services.
* Providing mobile device support, troubleshooting login issues and/or technical issues, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team for timely resolution.
* Creating a connection and developing rapport with customers to provide outstanding, personalized service.
* Ensuring customers/clients are quickly connected to the appropriate teammate with the expertise to meet their needs.
* Following established policies, procedures, and guidelines to protect both the customers and the company.
* Assisting customers with inquiries and/or problem resolution in a professional and composed manner, and escalating to the appropriate party.
* Building, developing, and maintaining partnerships with teammates and specialists to maximize effectiveness and serve customers.
* Maintaining abreast and informed of changes in arenaflex's products, services, and procedures.
* Adhering to company policies and procedures, code of ethics, and all Federal, State, and local laws.

* Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
* Work Experience: Experience in mobile device support, financial services, retail sales, or a goal-oriented environment.

+ Ability to educate customers on a service or product solution.
+ Ability to work effectively as a team member.
+ Proficiency in basic computer and data entry skills.

**Working Conditions:**
Frequent minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.

Minimum: $29,250.00 USD
Maximum: $47,000.00 USD
