We believe in empowering our employees to reach their full potential and achieve their career goals. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Handling and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner * Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy * Working with confidential customer information and maintaining confidentiality * Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful * Appropriately communicating with customers and escalating interactions when necessary * Tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues and opportunities for improvement * Upselling and promoting products or services as required **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional results.
