**As a Customer Support Associate with arenaflex, you will:**
* Respond to customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, text, and social media, creating personalized and engaging experiences.

**Availability and Requirements**
* Full-time positions available, with a competitive starting wage of $13 per hour.
* Must be located in one of the following states: FL, GA, MI, NC, OH, TX, WI.
* Ability to work East Coast hours, with open availability preferred (weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays).
* Must have at least 1-3 years of experience providing customer support across multiple channels, including email, phone, SMS, chat, and social media.
* Strong internet connection required, with a fast.com speed of 25 MBPS download.
* Ability to see, talk, and hear in order to communicate with others.
* Experience working remotely is preferred.
