Our mission is to connect people to what's important in their lives, and we strive to achieve this through our exceptional customer service, innovative products, and dedication to safety. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, handling their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Working in a helpful spirit to ensure the success of our organization * Handling customer transactions, including ticket sales, baggage claims, and other services * Operating a modernized retail location system, handling boarding, baggage claims, reservations, and resolving related issues and complaints * Handling cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets * Calculating charges, making change, and balancing daily transactions * Investigating and resolving customer complaints and issues related to oversold, delayed, or cancelled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage * Providing current and accurate information on fares, schedules, reservations, flight departures/arrivals, and answering general inquiries from customers and other airport visitors * Completing forms and reports as required by the organization * Writing anomaly and complaint reports as needed * Performing other work duties as directed by supervisors **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A bachelor's degree * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job * Ability to understand records, follow procedures, learn and understand tagging strategies, rules, and regulations * Ability to work with others as part of a team, meet the public, and work under stressful circumstances * Ability to complete the Customer Service Agent training program with an 80% or higher average and pass the assessment period * Knowledge of hazardous situations and ability to handle crises as needed * Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve quick turnaround of aircraft * Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance in accordance with the Ground Tasks Worker Handbook and Work Schedule * Ability to perform all job duties within a confined space * Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on public address systems * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Ability to convey information and directions verbally or through radio equipment **Benefits of Working at arenaflex:** arenaflex is known for its positive company culture and employee-friendly policies.
