**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Work Opportunity with arenaflex**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries and issues in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing solutions to their problems and exceeding their expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
The following are the fundamental aspects of the job:
* Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat
* Provide solutions to customer problems and escalate complex issues to senior representatives
* Process customer requests for flight changes, cancellations, and refunds
* Book and ticket flights, as well as rebook travelers on oversold flights
* Perform customer registration and front seat tasks, including correcting oversold seat tasks and issuing upgrades
* Issue vouchers and coordinate with project workers for customer lodging facilities, meals, and transportation
* Perform customer loading, including ticket lift and ticket lift/check
* Work entryway peruser/scanner and related tasks, including pre-boarding, observing/checking carryon items, and leave line models
* Work jetways/spans for boarding and deplaning customers
* Make boarding and takeoff entryway declarations
* Convey domestic/international flight records
* Perform customer service flight close-out methods
* Accept, check, and label customers' luggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and top-of-the-line ticket counters
* Maintain a schedule of flight loading process
* Perform customer service hands-on training
* Process and complete credit card luggage exchanges at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations
* Help customers with self-service kiosk registration and booth luggage handling at ticket counters
* Line up customers at ticket counter stands and ticket counters
* Clear/confirm international records at booths in the ticket counter area and activation stations
* Accept and activate customers' self-labeled luggage at activation stations
* Help customers requiring special assistance or in-station; assist boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory travelers, special assistance travelers, or unaccompanied minors
* Perform customer service work related to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements
* Have standard and predictable attendance on location, including fulfilling any obligatory overtime requirements
* Answer and assist during security and crisis situations
* Provide interfacing customers door information
* Provide quality customer service in a professional manner and according to arenaflex's rules
* Adhere to organization policies, procedures, and execution guidelines
* Complete task-related stages of training
* Comply with applicable laws (e.g. DOT, FAA, TSA)
* Utilize various internal assets/frameworks including during customer interactions
* Wear attire as required by organization policy
**What you'll need for success**
To excel in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Bilingual language abilities may be required in certain areas
* A valid driver's license as required by local authorities
* Must meet FAA criminal history verifications to meet requirements for unescorted access awards to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
* Must be able to obtain proper airport power and US Customs security identifications, if applicable
* Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, or fingerprinting to meet organization and security requirements
* Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
* Training and earlier professional experience
* Working knowledge of Saber or other Traveler Service Framework
* Past face-to-face Customer service experience
