**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team at arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through consultative sales and customer engagement, ensuring that customers receive personalized solutions to meet their needs
* Provide expert advice on printing, signs & graphics, and shipping solutions, including recommending appropriate products and services
* Process customer orders, manage production queues, and operate a wide variety of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment
* Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
* Stay up-to-date on retail store merchandising materials, product displays, and signage, ensuring that the store environment is visually appealing and engaging
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills, staying current on industry trends and best practices
* Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements, driving business growth and profitability
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent education
* 6+ months of specialized experience in retail customer service, printing, signs & graphics, or shipping solutions
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
* Ability to stand during entire shifts, excluding meal and rest periods, and move and lift 55 pounds
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure, and maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
* Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a retail environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
* Knowledge of printing, signs & graphics, and shipping solutions, including product features, benefits, and applications
* Experience with point-of-sale systems, including handling cash and making change
* Ability to operate a variety of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively
