As a key member of our Client Arrangements Designing group, you'll play a critical role in supporting our DMED's group of buyer-facing advanced items, triaging multiple item requests at any given time, while also providing feature development support in line with other DTCI Designing groups. **Key Responsibilities** * Support back-end stages that power DMED's group of buyer-facing advanced items * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions * Participate in code reviews, ensure high-quality code, and adhere to coding standards * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development * Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure high-quality software releases * Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field * 2+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a full-stack role * Proficiency in Java, with experience in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture * Experience with all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including unit testing, code reviews, and documentation * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with open-source frameworks and tools, such as Spring, Testing, JUnit, Mockito, GitHub/GitLab * Experience with open-source servlet containers, such as Tomcat, Undertow, Nine * Experience with lightweight containers, such as Docker * Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS, EC2, S3, SQS, Lambda, DynamoDB * Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, Cassandra **Skills and Competencies** * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban * Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and object-oriented programming * Experience with testing frameworks, including JUnit, TestNG, and Mockito * Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their careers.
