Our team is passionate about helping our customers achieve their goals, and we're committed to providing the best possible service to our clients. **Job Summary** As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, showcasing our products and services, and contributing to the overall success of our retail store. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their individualized needs, provide expert advice on our products and services, and ensure that every customer leaves our store satisfied. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver exceptional customer experiences by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs * Provide expert advice on our print, signs & graphics, and shipping products and services, including recommending appropriate FedEx Office products and services * Take complex customer orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information * Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels * Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents * Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store, including cleaning, repairing, and stocking all retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies * Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change * Follow FedEx Office standard operating procedures as well as adhere to legal, HR, safety, customer service, and security policies and procedures **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent education * 6+ months of specialized experience in a retail or customer service environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods * Ability to move and lift 55 pounds * Ability, on a consistent basis, to bend/twist at the waist and knees * Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members * Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction * Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure * Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time * Ability, on a consistent basis, to work with minimal supervision * Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the arenaflex business **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a retail or customer service environment * Knowledge of print, signs & graphics, and shipping products and services * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
