You'll work closely with our customers to understand their individualized needs, provide expert advice on our products and services, and ensure that every customer leaves our store satisfied. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver exceptional customer experiences by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs * Provide expert advice on our print, signs & graphics, and shipping products and services, including recommending appropriate FedEx Office products and services * Take complex customer orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information * Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels * Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents * Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store, including cleaning, repairing, and stocking all retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies * Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change * Follow FedEx Office standard operating procedures as well as adhere to legal, HR, safety, customer service, and security policies and procedures **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent education * 6+ months of specialized experience in a retail or customer service environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods * Ability to move and lift 55 pounds * Ability, on a consistent basis, to bend/twist at the waist and knees * Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members * Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction * Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure * Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time * Ability, on a consistent basis, to work with minimal supervision * Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the arenaflex business **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a retail or customer service environment * Knowledge of print, signs & graphics, and shipping products and services * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
