As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing our database, and performing a range of administrative duties to support our office operations. If you're a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** As an Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Answering the telephone and taking messages in a professional and courteous manner * Greeting clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner * Capturing and entering data into our database with accuracy and attention to detail * Maintaining and updating our database to ensure that it's always up-to-date and accurate * Filing and maintaining our administrative files in a secure and organized manner * Responding to queries from the public in a professional and courteous manner * Mailing and sending correspondence to clients and stakeholders * Performing other administrative duties as required to support our office operations **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: * A high school diploma or equivalent * 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience working in a front-of-house role * Experience with database management and data entry * Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services * Certification in a relevant administrative field (e.g. medical administration, executive assistance) **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
