We're looking for a highly motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you'll be responsible for acquiring new customers, building relationships, and driving sales growth. With our comprehensive training program, you'll be equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and take inbound calls with clients to schedule appointments and discuss products and services.
- Explain different products and services to potential customers, obtain new clients, open new accounts, and service existing accounts.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure a successful onboarding of new customers and opening of new accounts, working closely with managers to plan and direct work.
- Manage and resolve all urgent customer issues, escalating to internal teams as necessary, and monitor, identify, and mitigate account-level risks and up-sell opportunities.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships, building a thorough understanding of products and any new products as they are developed.
