Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain accurate and up-to-date health-related data in the system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex's quality standards.
  • Assist with updating medical records, reviewing health data for compliance, and supporting the health operations team to maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data management and compliance across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in health-related data entry software and tools, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, health information management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, health information management, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.
  • Certification in health information management (HIM) or a related field.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting, with a strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
