Your primary responsibilities will include: * Delivering exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized solutions * Learning and utilizing our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders, manage customer relationships, and stay up-to-date on product information * Collaborating with teammates, management, and other departments through internal communication software to ensure seamless communication and coordination * Identifying trends, pain points, and areas for improvement, and developing creative solutions to enhance the customer experience **Who We're Looking For** We're seeking a self-motivated, creative, and empathetic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our ideal candidate will possess: * A strong customer service background, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and resolving complex issues * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse communication styles and tone * A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to think outside the box and explore new ideas * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in navigating multiple tabs and windows, with a strong understanding of keyboard shortcuts and productivity tools * A flexible and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work in a high-volume environment with limited supervision * A passion for representing arenaflex and facilitating meaningful customer interactions **Requirements** To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * Attend a virtual two-week onboarding program via Google Meet video calls (Google Meet can be accessed through any web browser, but works best with Google Chrome) * Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts * Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT * Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season * Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router (a laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided) * Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) **Extra Credit** While not required, we encourage candidates with the following experience to apply: * Customer service experience * Experience working from home **About Our Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, equitable, and empowering.
