We are committed to innovation, creativity, and excellence in everything we do. **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team, working closely with the Disney+ Product groups to analyze and synthesize data, provide insights, and drive business decisions. As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including data extraction, analysis, and visualization, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions. **Responsibilities** * Assist with a variety of qualitative and quantitative research projects, including data collection, analysis, and visualization * Combine disparate data sources using SQL to support the daily operations of the Disney+ consumer experience monitoring program * Partner with other teams to conduct research at Disney, including communicating project goals, business needs, and timelines to prioritize, innovate, and optimize our datasets * Build and maintain relationships with research counterparts within the team and from other divisions of the company, as well as outside vendors * Analyze and prepare ongoing and ad-hoc reports using quantitative and qualitative data for various agencies within the product marketing, engagement, and product approach of Disney+ and the Disney Streaming Bundle * Manage assigned projects, implement quality assurance processes, and report progress to supervisor(s) to ensure timely completion * Work with the Sr. Manager and team to ensure that all results are strategically actionable and drive key decision-making * Collaborate with the team and analytics agencies within Snowflake & Databricks * Maintain up-to-date verbal and written understanding of data sources and requirements * Respond to critical data requests from internal clients * Support the presentation of findings based on research conducted and contribute to associated business discussions * Stay at the forefront of SVOD & In-Home business developments amidst a continuously evolving landscape **Basic Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Data Sciences, or related field and 3 years of relevant work experience OR Master's Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Data Sciences, or related field and 1 year of relevant work experience * Proficiency with SQL, with the ability to extract and integrate disparate data sources * Ability to extract data and integrate with other data sources to provide a rich, comprehensive picture for the business * Strong quantitative reasoning and analytical skills * Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment * Outstanding communication and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to create clear and concise visual presentations * Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work effectively in an environment of tight timeframes and constant change **Preferred Qualifications** * Proficiency in data processing tools (e.g. SPSS, Q, MarketSight) * Experience with survey tools (e.g. Decipher, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) * Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, ideally cloud-based, including Snowflake, Databricks, or similar * Familiarity with R, Python, SAS, STATA, or similar programming languages * Advanced degree in Market Research or Statistics * Quantitative research background, either supplier-side or client-side * Experience with reading survey data to extract actionable insights * Experience with subscription-based business models and approach **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $35-$45 per hour * Bonus and/or long-term performance incentive plans may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the entire range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the level and function provided * Comprehensive benefits package, including pay, health and financial savings benefits, time-off programs, educational opportunities, and more * Opportunities for growth and development, including online learning tools and applications designed to foster inclusion * Possibility to volunteer through Disney VoluntEARS * Commuter assistance program to help Disney personnel and cast members discover commuter resources, alternatives, and incentives * Discounts available at select hotels, dining, products, and project locations * Flexibility @ Disney, designed to suit your professional and personal needs, offering a portfolio of options for a work arrangement that lets you thrive, both in your career and in your life * Affordable medical insurance options, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, available for full-time positions * On-site online health instructions, similar to a lot of fitness and wellbeing programs and seminars * Paid weekly, with direct deposit available * Complimentary theme park admission for full-time and part-time positions after weeks of employment * Educational compensation and Disney Aspire, which will pay 100% tuition upfront at community colleges for full-time and part-time hourly personnel **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data-driven insights, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
