**The Role**
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll engage in online conversations with customers, providing accurate information about our products and services, and helping them schedule appointments. Your goal will be to capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, while also summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review. You'll also develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, ensuring that you're always up-to-date on the latest offerings.
**Responsibilities**
* Manage a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat
* Provide accurate information about the products and services via online chat
* Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments
* Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
**Qualifications**
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
* Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills
* Strong ability to multitask is preferred, gaming experience is helpful
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily
* Able to attend 4 weeks of training Tuesday - Saturday from 10AM – 6:30PM CST
* Flexible scheduling after completion of training
* Must be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week
* Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
**Requirements**
