**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative for Email, Chat, and Voice Support, your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Supporting customers via email, chat, and phone**: Provide technical assistance and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* **Guiding customers through questions about arenaflex's products, systems, and processes**: Offer clear and concise information to help customers understand our products and services.
* **Troubleshooting issues related to the website, app, and in-car software**: Identify and resolve technical issues that may be affecting customer experience.
* **Collaborating with external teams to resolve customer issues**: Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues that require additional assistance.
* **Ensuring every customer interaction leaves them feeling valued and understood**: Provide empathetic and personalized support to create a positive customer experience.
* **Maintaining strict adherence to the assigned schedule and managing high-volume inbound calls**: Meet productivity and quality standards while handling a high volume of customer inquiries.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **At least 18 years or older**: Meet the minimum age requirement for this position.
* **High School Diploma or equivalent**: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in English language and communication skills.
* **Able to successfully pass a criminal background check**: Meet arenaflex's background check requirements.
* **Able to work a full-time work week of 32-40 hours, with overtime opportunities as needed**: Be available to work a standard full-time schedule with occasional overtime.
* **Strong computer knowledge, including ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm**: Possess basic computer skills and typing proficiency.
* **Excellent English written and verbal communication skills**: Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues through written and verbal channels.
* **High level of expertise with spelling, grammar, and punctuation**: Demonstrate strong writing skills and attention to detail.
* **Courteous and friendly with high level of professionalism**: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
