COO for Industrial Construction Back Office

We are seeking a Chief Operations Officer to lead our industrial construction back office in Puerto Rico. You will manage our remote team and continue to build out the team that will manage the entire back office our $100M portfolio of Industrial Construction companies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management and operations, with a strong understanding of project management and team leadership. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You must have existing experience in this line of work.
