Responsible for leading and coaching manager and above teammates up to executive’s leaders within the company. Responsible for providing strategic HR support and guidance to our organization. You will work closely with department leaders (manager+) and teammates to ensure effective HR solutions and initiatives that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication, operational experience and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build strong relationships. A proven track record of success of coaching manager and above teammates up to the executives within the company. **This is a Hybrid position with required onsite travel in the Northeast (NY, CT)** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive. Get the right stuff done Sets objectives and expectations for self and business partners (and drives accountability for results) Creates and maintains a management process for progressing work activities Identifies and works towards key priorities through executing our human capital strategy. Develop and implement retention strategies to impact patient care Develops self and others Serve as a trusted advisor/coach to leaders, providing guidance on HR initiatives and partnering with them to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Collaborate with operational leaders to identify and address employee development needs, including training, coaching, and performance management. Collaborates with leaders to identify critical roles and develops succession plans for key positions Identify high potential employees and create development plans to prepare them for the future leadership roles. Monitor and tracks progress of key talent actions within the business Strategic Thinking Conduct regular HR data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, and develop appropriate action plans. Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance HR processes and practices. Translates broader goals and objectives into measurable deliverable and achieving results Maintains a broad, strategic perspective while identifying and focusing on crucial details Lead the Davita Way Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Drives accountability with their partners in the Village on how to Lead the DaVita Way as appropriate for their roles Accountable to employee engagement scores with clear action plan to drive results Drive Change Collaborate with leader to define the need for change and identify the desired outcomes Develop change management plans including communication strategies , training programs and stakeholder engagement plans Develop and implement communication plans to effectively communicate the change to all teammates Influence and communication Use strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to influence decision making and gain buy in from stake holders Present data, insights and recommendation to be influential in supporting the why behind initiatives Build commitment with stakeholders to create a shared vision and drive organizational change We are looking for a candidate that has demonstrated success in the following areas: Previous experience leading multi site Human Capital Strategy Experience coaching leaders ( manager and above) Experience identifying and committed to driving Key Performance Indicators Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred Available for moderate travel (25%-50% overnight) Philosophies that align with our core values Demonstrated understanding of what makes the businesses successful, and able to deliver on this And, a little bit of competitive spirit never hurts MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required): Bachelor’s degree required Human Resources certification (PHR or SPHR) preferred Current driver’s license in state of residence and insurable driving record required Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on human resources experience as a human resource business partner Minimum of 3 years’ experience as human resources manager strongly preferred; experience in large (1000+) company preferred.
