Symetra has an exciting new opportunity to join us as a Sr. Finance Project Manager on the Investments Accounting team! About the role As a Sr. Finance Project Manager, you’ll lead complex finance initiatives from strategy through execution, drive process improvements, manage risks and stakeholders, and partner closely with leadership to strengthen financial operations and controls. Check out our Symetra Benefits Overview Compensation Salary Range: $96,700 - $161,200 plus eligibility for the company annual bonus program. Who You Are: • High School Diploma is required; plus a Bachelor’s degree in finance or a relevant field (preferred) • 8–10 years of meaningful, related professional experience • 3–6 years of finance and project delivery experience • Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional finance projects • Strong analytical, technical, and problem‑solving skills • Ability to apply best practices and business insights to improve processes, services, and outcomes • Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI‑ACP (or comparable Agile), or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt — preferred or willingness to pursue in the future We empower inclusion At Symetra, we aspire to be the most inclusive insurance company in the country.
