The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable software solutions that address real user needs and improve educational outcomes. Responsibilities • Design and Deploy Full-Stack Features: Drive user stories from concept to production; validate requirements, architect scalable systems, implement backend and frontend logic, conduct comprehensive testing, and deploy to live environments • Identify and Resolve Bugs: Perform root cause analysis on issues, address underlying problems rather than surface symptoms, and prevent regressions through strategic testing • Elevate Code Quality Standards: Assess plans and pull requests to verify clarity, simplicity, and accuracy, preventing technical debt at its source • Applying AI to develop software that addresses genuine user needs, delivers quickly, and remains maintainable over time Skills • A minimum of 4 years building production code for both frontend and backend of web applications (any framework) • Proven ownership: Clear track record owning entire modules, product features, or teams—not just executing isolated tasks • Self-sufficient execution: Capability to unblock yourself, establish your own momentum, and navigate forward through ambiguous contexts • Practical experience using generative A.I. in daily development workflows Company Overview • Crossover is a global recruitment company, founded in 2014.
