We’re growing and looking for a contract Digital Ads Manager who understands performance, structure, and scaling.
This is not an entry-level role.
We’re looking for someone who thinks strategically — not someone who just clicks buttons.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll manage and optimize real client budgets across:
• Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube preferred)
• Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
Bonus if you’ve worked with:
• TikTok Ads
• Pinterest Ads
• LinkedIn Ads
Your role will include:
• Building and structuring campaigns from scratch
• Conducting keyword and audience research
• Setting up conversion tracking and event tracking properly
• Writing conversion-focused ad copy
• Collaborating with our design team on creative direction
• Testing audiences, placements, and creative variations
• Optimizing for ROI, CPL, or ROAS depending on client goals
• Reviewing landing page alignment and offer positioning
• Providing insights that go beyond surface-level reporting

You Might Be a Fit If…
• You have 3+ years of hands-on paid ads experience
• You understand campaign architecture (not just ad creation)
• You build audiences strategically — not just broad targeting
• You think in terms of testing frameworks
• You know how to allocate and scale budgets intentionally
• You understand pixels, GA4, attribution, and tracking fundamentals
• You can analyze data and suggest next moves
• You’re organized, reliable, and proactive
Bonus points if you:
• Have worked with healthcare, home services, nonprofits, or professional services
• Have experience with Google Local Service Ads
• Can share measurable results (CPL, ROAS, revenue growth, etc.)

- “I boosted posts before”
- Set-it-and-forget-it campaigns
- Someone who needs daily direction
- Someone who only executes without strategic input

• 1099 Contract
• Part-time
