Project Manager
We Are Hiring:
• Location: Remote
• Department: Dispensary of Hope
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
• Salary: $27.53-$37.25 per hour
What You Will Do:
The Project Manager at Dispensary of Hope will spearhead critical, strategic projects across the organization.
Key Requirements:
• Experience: Three years of experience managing projects in a healthcare or non-profit setting
• Skills: Strong customer service, presentation skills, project planning/management, ability to work independently, problem-solving, and technical proficiency (GSuite, Excel, Salesforce, Agile, Jira, Smartsheet)
• Internal and external customer service
• Developing and giving presentation
• Project planning and management
• Work independently by prioritizing and managing time
• Problem solving
• Healthcare background
Core Responsibilities:
• Manage organization-wide projects
• Develop project plans/charters in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Negotiate and monitor the use of resources for projects, making recommendations to leadership
• Work closely with organization-wide to develop project plans and implement those projects
What You Will Need:
Education:
• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education OR experience,
if applicable.
