Position: Coordinator, Sales Support (Group)
Overview
This role is based at our corporate office in Dallas, TX. This position is part of a Sales Support Team that coordinates the administrative, auditing, reporting, lead management, and Request for Proposal (RFP) management efforts for Hilton Sales. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will support the team by freeing up sellers' time, driving efficiency and governance to maximize performance and achieve results.
You will audit and handle administrative needs of the Sales team and support reporting and lead RFP management for multiple Hilton Sales teams. You will collaborate across management levels and help eliminate duplicated efforts while supporting automation and optimization of new services.

How You Will Make An Impact
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like
• Manage multiple groups and meeting space leads through Salesforce.
• Work as the dedicated follow-up for accounts and account owners, and support for both customers and hotels.
• Manage coverage for your Sales team to address out-of-office situations, customer and hotel needs, and support for accounts.
• Perform a daily review of available performance reporting focused on business demands and develop action plans to address opportunities within your respective Sales team.
• Manage different administrative and/or ad hoc projects.
How You Will Collaborate With Others
• Collaborate and create documentation for both internal and external customers.
• Participate in recurring, informative, team-building, and cross-team events with the sales teams.
• Partner with Commercial and IT teams on Sales system improvement testing.
What Deliverables You Will Take Ownership Of
• Participate in and help complete annual departmental objectives.
• Build ideas to troubleshoot the team's current stressors and contributors to work/life balance, and identify areas where time or resources are being wasted.
Why You ll Be A Great Fit
You Have These Minimum Qualifications
• One (1) year strong administrative and support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Experience/exposure within the travel and/or sales support industry
• Work a hybrid work schedule with 3 days onsite in our Addison, TX office and 2 days working from home
It Would Be Useful If You Have
• Experience with systems that power Hilton's sales infrastructure (e.g., Salesforce, Cvent)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
