Job Description Summary: The HubSpot Consultant is primarily responsible for supporting Concepts’ CRM and Digital Marketing agencies. These responsibilities include but are not limited to will work with new and existing customers to provide onboarding, integration, education and documentation for long-term customer success. You will help clients map a path to solve their overarching business problems in collaboration with internal teams. The successful candidate will help translate complex customer business requirements into viable business solutions. Your ability to deconstruct customer challenges into discrete, logical components will be business critical. The ideal candidate will also conduct CRM/Marketing onboarding, automation design, process design, data projects, training, ongoing support, etc. The HubSpot Consultant is responsible for providing the highest level of quality work in a timely and responsive manner to our clients. Responsibilities • Plan and implement HubSpot Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Marketing Hub • Collaborate with other team members to define novel HubSpot solutions to complex technical requirements • Conduct client on-boarding and adoption in HubSpot • Manage day-to-day HubSpot system maintenance and configuration • Consult and drive better adoption in Marketing/Sales/Service/Ops/Content Hubs • Create upsell opportunities within the department • Meet with clients and uncover priorities, set goals, and build action plans for sales and marketing initiatives • Build high level relationships with key clients • Ensure excellence in execution and push teams to innovation • Process improvement for HubSpot related activities • Develop and implement data quality and enrichment programs to ensure data integrity • Evaluate and implement integrations to other solutions by leveraging third-party tools or Operations Hub • Conduct HubSpot training with clients • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned customer throughout the customer lifecycle. • Conduct customer business reviews to ensure customers are continually receiving value from the solution. • Understand company products, their features, functions and recognize how they can be used to solve problems and create solutions for your customers • Collaboratively drive change management and share adoption best practices, address customer issues to ensure successful transformation Experience and Requirements: • Experience working in a consulting environment for a CRM agency and/or a Digital Marketing agency • 3+ years of experience in consulting, account management, customer support or customer success role from a consulting, pre-sales or post-sales environment • 2+ years of hands on HubSpot experience, leading projects to implement solutions across all active hubs • HubSpot certifications in Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Marketing Hub • Additional HubSpot certifications are a plus • Experience integrating Salesforce and other third-party applications is a major plus Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree is preferred • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships • Deep understanding of customers’ concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed • Experience working with CRM and Marketing Automation systems and ability to surface sales process, marketing process, and technical insights from customer conversations.
